Dear Friend, 

As United Kingdom is no longer part of European Union, there may be some delays in shipping.

We ship goods from Netherlands & Germany, and expected arrival time to UK, upon ordering, 2-5 business days. The main reason for this, apart from COVID related issues, the custom paperwork and other carrier related delays.

Apart from this, some of our products made in Turkey, hence may require additional treatments although we store them in our EU warehouses.

Therefore we cannot ship Arzum products to United Kingdom for time being. All other products are good to ship.

UK regulation now requires two things:

1- Any company selling to UK customers should be registered in HMRC (Fienzi's fiscal company Digizoom BV is registered with HMRC)

2- Every shipment to UK now requires commercial invoice with shipments, also CN23 forms, custom forms and other declarations. These will take some time to stabilize. 

Therefore we ask our UK customers patience at this moment and we are working hard to create a stable delivery chain to our UK customers.
